If we cancel a trip or travel service that you have booked, you will be eligible for a full refund. This includes situations where we are unable to provide the trip or service as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues.
 

1.2 No Refund for Customer Cancellations:
 

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by customers. If you choose to cancel your trip or service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Refund Timing:
 

Once we receive your request and confirm that the trip or service has been cancelled by us, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

 

3. Changes to Booking
 

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests; however, any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
